You will need two measurements to determine the best fit for your camper. First is the "Entry Height". This is the measurement from the top of the mounting bracket to the ground. The Ladder Rack Bracket Kit # PK-28WL is specifically designed to be used with Utility and Enclosed Trailer Tower Kit # PK-BM or Utility Trailer Tower Kit # PK-BMH. The tabs sticking out of the bracket kit are made to attach to the tower kits, so cutting them off could compromise the structural integrity of the brackets and I do not recommend doing so. For your Winnebago I recommend a proportional brake controller. A proportional brake controller applies the brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces brake wear and tear on the tow vehicle and the tow dolly.
